Books, The Best Birthday Cake in the History of Ever!, et. al, including all trademarks owned or controlled by such entities, collectively referred to herein as "we," "us" or "our"., including, but not limited to: historyofever.com, hbdjc.com and the services ("Services") including mobile applications published to Google Play and iTunes App Stores or other related internet-based technologies owned, maintained, or managed by us, are intended for use by the whole family, which may include young children with parental participation and supervision.
